Come haunt the Office Lounge Friday
Iowa Writers Collaborative columnists await you -- if you dare subscribe!
Come penetrate the ethereal ether for an online Zoom call with the denizens of the Iowa Writers Collaborative at noon Friday, Oct. 25.
It’s our monthly “Office Lounge” conference call, named for a downtown Des Moines watering hole frequented by Des Moines Register and Tribune staffers. The establishment has gone to its eternal reward but still lives on in the hearts of those who haunted it in days of yore.
The monthly conference call is a perk to PAID subscribers of Iowa Writers Collaborative columnists. If you are a paid subscriber, thank you. If you read columnists now as free subscribers or occasional browsers, please consider subscribing if you like our work.,
Also, if you want to see the full lineup of columnists, they are listed below for your perusal. Click on their links, sample their work and consider becoming a paid subscriber.
A link to the Office Lounge Zoom call is below a paywall at the bottom of the list. It you subscribe, the veil of the paywall will be lifted and you can click on the link and join in the fun.
It’s a chance to give the columnist a piece of your mind and find out what’s on theirs. It should be stimulating, not spooky.
Hope to see you there!
